From our loving arms to yours, a NW Frenchies baby comes home with a veterinarians exam, first set of vaccinations, multiple deworming, written sales contract with health guarantee, and lifetime breeders support. NW Frenchies puppies are raised in home and know nothing but love and compassion from their birth until they come home to you. Unlike other breeders, we are in it for the long run and provide support and counsel even after my puppies leave my care and join their families. I answer texts, voicemails and emails just as quickly as I see them. And I truly look forward to updates from my puppy families throughout their life. Please note, we ALWAYS prefer pet homes, with spay/neuter contracts. We retain the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason. Puppies are placed in homes on a “best fit” basis, NOT first come first serve. Finally, no puppy will be held or reserved until a deposit is received by NW Frenchies.

NW Frenchies Coco Channel (Gabby) and NW Frenchies My Gingerbread Baby (Boozie) have welcomed their litter of French Bulldog puppies on May 8th. From this pairing we have two males, and three females who will be ready to join their forever families the first week of July. We are now accepting deposits reserving picks of the litter. Presently, one deposit holds first pick male.

Gabby is the daughter of our NW Frenchies Chika Diamond of my Eye (littermate sister of OFA CHIC ICBR Champion NW Frenchies Teddy Bear Misha), and NW Frenchies Huckleberry. Both grandparents as well as sire, Boozie are fully OFA health tested for hips, elbows, patellas, spine, trachea, heart, thyroid, and all genetic panels. Both Boozie and Gabby have beautiful skin and coats, no allergies or digestive issues and Gabby is an especially clear breather. Gabby is also very small at only 22lbs. Her and Boozies babies will be the perfect travel, and life companions.

Older French Bulldogs:

We have opportunities to adopt adult retired breeding mammas who come potty, crate and leash trained. In many cases these mammas dogs will already be spayed as well. We prefer homes with no other existing pets for our retired queens so that they can receive your undivided attention and live the quiet lives they often desire after a few years in a pack environment. Rehoming fees for retired mammas are generally $1,000-$3,000. If interested in a retired mamma dog please submit a puppy application.

Guardian Homes:

At this time we do not have any guardian home opportunities. This will be updated when opportunities become available. Guardian homes are families that take the best of the best from our breedings and keep them intact for a number of years until they fulfill their breeding requirements. This could be up to five years. We do not ask a rehoming fee for these dogs, instead the family “pays” for them by making them available for breedings/litters whenever needed. For male dogs a breeding will typically look like borrowing the dog for between 1-3 days and returning them once the breeding is completed. For female dogs this will look like taking her for 1-2 weeks during her menstrual cycle until the breeding is completed. Then at one month from the breeding we will take her for an appointment to confirm pregnancy. At two months we will take her for labor watch and a c section. She will stay with us and her babies until they are fully weaned. This may take 6 weeks. We require that guardian homes follow our diet and supplement specifications (raw food with added omega 3 fatty acids). We also require that guardian homes live at least within one hour driving distance of Ridgefield, Washington so that breedings are accessible and convenient for us. A few more details include doing extensive health testing at one year and possible additional testing at two years old. This looks like an all day excursion at our fertility vet where they will do dozens of x rays, blood work, listen to the heart, feel patellas, and give us their opinion about his health. We will cover all expenses related to fertility and breeding. The guardian home cover all expenses related to regular dog ownership like pet insurance, food, vaccines, accidents, and illness. If you are interested in becoming a guardian home fill out a puppy application today.

Pet Homes vs Breeding Homes:

First pick male and female from any given litter is reserved to NW Frenchies. We keep the best of the best to continue our line. Puppies on spay and neuter contracts are priced between $6,000-$10,000 depending on their structure, markings, color, and hair length. Puppies sold with full AKC breeding rights start at $10,000. The premium for breeding rights is not for the reason that I simply want more money, but for the reason that I provide mentorship and guidance to the families that wish to breed so that they can enjoy the magical creation of life with as little disasters as possible. Raising French Bulldogs is not easy or simple in the slightest and I guarantee that you will need to go over a tremendous learning curve before your first litter. This requires many many hours of counseling on my part.

I offer consultations for $350/hour to individuals needing this service. However families that purchase full AKC breeding rights enjoy unlimited counseling which is of incomparable value. The premium of full AKC breeding rights covers dozens of hours over a lifetime of mentorship which I pledge so that you never feel alone or without help when raising your own litter.

Stud Services are available with my boys Misha, Boozie, and BBC.

A general timeline for future litters; From the first day of heat, we typically breed somewhere between the 10th-25th day depending on the hormone levels. From there, if she conceived, gestation lasts 63 days. We can do an ultrasound to look for heartbeats and officially confirm the litter halfway through pregnancy. Once puppies are born, they grow and develop with us until they are 8 weeks old. So from first sign of heat to take-home is about a 4 month wait if the mamma dog concieves. But trust me, these little angels are worth the wait:)

Attention: Due to safety concerns with the rise of Frenchie theft, and breeder assault we will no longer allow visitors in our home. I have two young children, as well as un-vaccinated newborn puppies a few times a year when I have a litter. I breed from my home- not a store front.

Furthermore, Parvo virus is prevalent in the environment and can be brought into my home on your shoes and clothing. Parvo virus can kill an entire litter of newborn puppies and is extremely persistent in the environment. I absolutely cannot risk the safety of my family- and yes my dogs are my family! Those individuals that have placed deposits will choose their puppy from detailed descriptions, photos, videos, and FaceTime. I will personally deliver the puppy to your home, or to a agreed upon location. I am happy to provide multiple references to my past puppy families that will vouch for my honesty and transparency for your peace of mind.

NW Frenchies strives to actively integrate meaningful health testing to our breeding stock. These screenings influence breeding decisions and ultimately long term health outcomes. French Bulldogs are a fragile breed. To combat the effects of color and structure selection, we include hip and elbow x-rays, thyroid blood work, and patella evaluation to round out each feature we strive to perfect. Working with health, temperament, structure, coat color, and outward beauty is quite the balancing act. Our goal is to only produce well-rounded French Bulldog puppies, and lifelong companions for the families entrusting us to do so. Thank you for your support.

All of our French Bulldog puppies are American Kennel Club registered and recognized as pure and true representations of the breed.

Please take a moment to read through my posts on the cost of rearing a litter of designer breed French Bulldog puppies responsibly and how that factors into their re-homing fee. This will answer all questions on their cost and why/how I determine what to charge for my puppies.
