NW Frenchies has partnered with a talented local craftswoman in Port Townsend, Washington to design and create Huckleberry; the most luxurious harness and leash to outfit your beloved companion. Each and every piece is handmade with carful attention to detail and dedication to the craft. Our harness snugly and safely straps in your French Bulldog with a solid brass buckle and two D rings which clip to your leash for extra security. Our design fits any body shape, from girthy and big headed dogs, to the most slender of figures.

Materials:
All of our materials are made and sourced in the USA. The leather we use is cured using an exclusive blend of waxes, oils and tallows which bring out its inherent beauty. Through a traditional process called jack glazing, oils are brought to the surface to create a glossy finish that never mask the leather’s natural grain. Our leathers are vegetable tanned, meaning that natural tannins derived from bark and plants are used in the coloring process instead of chemicals. It’s a tried and true process that’s been around for thousands of years, and it's still known for creating durable, exquisite leathers recognized for their depth of color and rich patina. These leathers not only endure, but get better with age. This leather is originally created for equestrian use, meaning its curated to last through regular wear- so go ahead and take your rainy day walks with this set. All of the hardware is solid brass. The color of our hardware won’t rub off or change with use.

Sizing:
Small: chest girth between 12-18 inches
Medium: chest girth between 18-24 inches
Large: chest girth between 24-30 inches

A small would fit a growing French Bulldog puppy. Medium would fit most small-medium adult French Bulldog. And a large would fit a medium-large French Bulldog. We can create custom orders on a case by case basis. If you have a dog with a chest girth outside of the range provided please submit a contact form with you measurement and request. Custom pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping:
Shipping within USA in included in your purchase price. For shipping outside of USA please use my contact form for an estimate on pricing before placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns anytime for any reason. Each and every piece is hand made when your order is placed. So please be sure to measure your companion correctly and contact us if you need any help with taking a proper measurement. Huckleberry will exchange your item only in its original condition, i.e. has not altered, worn outside, or tarnished in any way. It must be shipped back in the original packaging provided within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If you would like to organize an exchange, please fill out the contact form on this page and we will provide the return address. Please note, Huckleberry is not liable for lost packages in the mail. We strongly recommend you record the tracking number provided by your post office to ensure the packages arrival to us.

Warranty:
Each piece is made to order, one at a time with careful attention to detail. It is completely normal for slight variations. The lifetime of our Huckleberry harness and leash set is determined by the care, wear and elements each item is subjected to. Product breakage due to chewing, water exposure or anything else that compromises the integrity of the material beyond normal wear is not a manufacturer's defect and therefore not subject to an exchange. Tarnishing, fading and fraying are all parts of normal wear and tear and we will not replace items due to these factors. A manufacturer's defect such as hardware failure will be replaced within 6 months of purchase. Please submit a contact form with complete description and photos of the problem area to start a resolution process. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
